base price includes a layer reference sheet of the character with one outfit

Terms such as “Me”, “My” , and “I” refers to the individual ‘jellyjer’. “You”, “Your” refers to the user and client reading these terms.

Ordering a commission indicates that you have read and agree to the terms below, before and when commissioning from me. I am not responsible for your failure to read my terms.

Failure to read/agree to these terms can result into a blacklist ( banned from purchasing from me currently and in the future. )

Completion may take upwards of 2 weeks. You are free to check in on progress at any time!

My Rights

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
I have the right to blacklist certain clients and individuals without providing a reason publicly.
I have the right to upload my artwork wherever and whenever I choose, unless you request beforehand to keep your order private.

Usage Policy

( Regarding public art and commissioned works )

The client(s), commissioner(s) and I ( or current owner of depicted character(s)) may use my work produced for them. If you did not purchase or own any of the depicted character(s) in an artwork, you may not use them and follow the terms below.

You may:

Re-Upload or post on any website given you provide credit through official links.Use my work non-commercially. ( Icons, Banners, Profile pictures etc. )Reference my artwork for personal use given you provide credit.
You may NOT:

Redistribute or use my art promoting any ill intent manner such as ableism, political stances, racism, sexism, pedophilic/zoophilic content.Sell or use my work commercially. ( Using them in copyrighted videos, merchandise ( t-shirts, pins etc. ) or any other situations where you are selling my work.Claim my work as yours or your company’s own property.Alter or edit my artwork without permission.Trace or ‘draw over’ my work.Remove watermarks or signatures.

Payment

All commissions are done through PayPal via Paypal.me.
Payment via invoice will be available when I turn 18 in 2021.
I only accept payment paid upfront. I do not offer payment plans unless discussed beforehand.
Clients are NOT obligated to pay extra to cover paypal’s fees or taxes.

Refunds

I have the right to refund you without providing a public reason.
A commission that has not been started will receive a 100% refund.
A commission during the sketch phase can get a 50% refund.
Anything after the sketch phase will not be refunded.

Regarding Paypal’s Chargebacks

Paypal chargebacks should not be issued as I offer manual refunds.
If a chargeback is made, voiding my refund policy, the following actions will be taken.
Your rights to the product provided or in question will be forfeited. The product will become my intellectual property and can be reused or utilized in other ways as compensation.You will be subjected to a permanent blacklist.
